I host in a small exclusive fully equipped gym, in a totally private one-on-one environment where you can get a first-rate workout with no distractions and no waiting for equipment.
However, most programs require little equipment and can be done anywhere, even outdoors. To accommodate your busy schedule I can also travel to your location and train you in the comfort of your home.
