Initial Assessment

Two physically alike individuals with similar objectives, fitness backgrounds, and nutritional habits will not necessarily be trained the same way.

I conduct our training sessions outdoors by the pool.
If you prefer, you have the option to train with friends and share the costs.
I ensure that all programs remain diverse and enjoyable to ensure results and prevent boredom-induced quitting.
In-calls
Welcome to my private pool deck. In the event of rain, I'll guide you to the sheltered weight training area located on the side of the house, or indoors if the weather is too cold.
I provide a comprehensive selection of equipment, (rower, elliptical, trampoline, pool, power cage, benches, free weights...
Calisthenics, using one's own bodyweight for resistance training and muscle development, also provides many fitness benefits and yields very good results.
For low impact training (joint friendly, low risk training) , the 40 x 15 ft swimming pool provides the best alternative.

My name is BJ. I am French, and I am a certified master trainer with over 30 years of experience in Europe and in the USA.
In 1995, I pioneered personal training in France and opened the first-ever private studio in Paris, developing original fitness programs that produced spectacular results. I have trained over thousand clients.

Only an in-depth assessment can ensure a personalized fitness regimen that is 100% safe and effective.
It is necessary to understand your goals or needs, determine the type of training and the exercises that must be ruled out or accommodated, and the initial level of intensity based on your current fitness level and your fitness history.
It allows me to set realistic initial goals and create a fun and motivating program.
It usually takes around 2 hours and includes:

- attitude toward exercise (current and past fitness practice, likes and dislikes)

In addition to the feeling of freedom, working out naked makes it easier to move unrestricted. It is easier to ensure the proper form is followed, spot progress, and see all muscles in action.
Nude training is also believed to boost self-love, self-esteem, and body acceptance.

Aqua Gym
The main advantage of water aerobics is the absence of impact on the body.
Perfect for individuals with joint pain, arthritis, or recovering from an injury, the buoyancy reduces stress on the joints and minimizes strain and injury risk.
Water offers natural resistance requiring muscles to work harder. Aqua gym engages multiple muscle groups improving muscle tone, strength, and endurance. It promotes cardiovascular endurance and overall fitness.
The low-impact nature of aqua gym allows for longer workout durations without excessive strain on the body. Water's buoyancy and resistance also provide a gentle stretching effect, promoting flexibility and range of motion. The hydrostatic pressure exerted by the water can help improve circulation and reduce swelling.
Enjoy the cooling effect of Aqua Gym in a comfortable 40-foot-long salt water pool with no deep end.
The 60-minute classes are held in small groups of 6. The pool is also used during 1-on-1 training sessions. The water temperature is 86 F (30 C).
