All possible state-of-the-art cardio (treadmill, elliptical machine, rowing machine, stationery bike, trampoline....) and weight training (smith machine with attachments, free weights, cable crossover tower, inversion table, leg bench...) equipment. Air conditioned.
It is located in the southern tip of the city of Los Angeles, 12 minutes east of LAX and south of down town, conveniently close to the 110 and 105 freeways. It is on a quiet street where parking usually abund.
